無論辦桌菜或吃點心,宜蘭人似乎對「勾芡類食物」特別情有獨鍾,也因此讓「肉羹」這味小吃在這裡發揚光大。 我在一天內從羅東鎮、宜蘭市一路吃到礁溪鄉,竟然嚐到4種口味截然不同的肉羹, 也算另類的「宜蘭奇蹟」。
